1. General Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller (MB “PRODUCT PRO”) when purchasing goods via www.titanosteel.com.

  • By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.

  • Mandatory EU and Lithuanian consumer rights apply to consumers.

  • For B2B purchases, some consumer protections may not apply unless otherwise specified.


2. Contract Formation

  • A contract is concluded once the Buyer creates a shopping cart, provides details, selects a payment method, and clicks “Complete order” / “Confirm.”

  • The order is valid when confirmed by the Seller via email. If not confirmed, the contract is void, and any payments are refunded.

  • The Seller may refuse or cancel an order due to error, suspected fraud, unconfirmed payment, or legal restrictions.


3. Prices, Taxes and Stock

  • Prices are listed in EUR; VAT and delivery fees are clearly shown before payment.

  • Prices may change until the order is placed; once placed, the displayed price applies.

  • If an item is out of stock, the Seller will inform the Buyer, refund the payment, or offer an alternative.


4. Payments

  • Accepted methods: Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer, and other methods displayed on the Website.

  • Payments may be processed by third-party providers; only the data required to process the payment is shared.

  • If payment fails, the order will not be fulfilled. The Buyer will be informed and may select another method.


5. Delivery, Ownership and Risk

  • Delivery is carried out in line with the Shipping Policy: Lithuania – 1–3 business days; other countries – as indicated in the delivery table.

  • Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery; for B2B, risk passes to the Buyer once handed to the carrier (if organized by the Buyer).

  • The Buyer must check the parcel upon delivery. Any discrepancies must be recorded with the courier and reported within 48 hours.

  • Failure to collect the parcel or providing incorrect details may result in additional re-delivery or storage costs.


6. Consumer Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

  • Consumers may withdraw without reason within 14 calendar days of receipt.

  • Withdrawal requests must be sent to info@titanosteel.com (EU standard form may be used).

  • The Buyer must return the item within 14 days at their own cost; the Seller refunds the price and standard shipping fee (not exceeding the cheapest option offered) within 14 days.

  • Goods must not be used beyond reasonable inspection. The Buyer is responsible for any value reduction due to excessive use.

  • Exceptions apply by law (e.g., customized products).


7. Warranty and Compliance

  • A 24-month legal warranty applies for non-conformity (EU Directive 2019/771).

  • The Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under proportionality rules.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, mechanical damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Important: TITANOSTEEL cutting boards naturally develop surface scratches from knives or utensils. This is normal wear, not a defect, and is not a valid reason for return or warranty claims.

  • Other defects must be reported immediately with evidence (photos/videos). The Seller may request the product for inspection.

  • If the defect cannot be remedied within 45 days, a replacement or refund will be offered.


8. Returns and Exchanges

  • Submit return requests by email to info@titanosteel.com, including the order number.

  • Return instructions and address will be provided by email. The item must be packaged securely.

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.


9. Buyer’s Obligations

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

  • Pay on time, accept delivery, and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

  • Keep login credentials secure. Any suspected breach must be reported immediately.


10. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

  • The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend Website access due to maintenance, security, or force majeure.

  • The Seller must supply quality goods, comply with information and warranty obligations, and handle complaints fairly.

  • Responses: defect queries – within 3 business days; consumer complaints – usually within 14 days.


11. Claims and Disputes

  • Transport damages must be reported within 48 hours (with photos of packaging, labels, and items, including the order number).

  • Complaints must be sent to info@titanosteel.com. The first attempt must be an amicable resolution.

  • If unresolved: contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (www.vvtat.lt) or the EU ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr/).

  • Lithuanian law applies. For B2B disputes, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the Seller’s registered office (without prejudice to consumer rights).


12. Intellectual Property

  • TITANOSTEEL trademarks, designs, texts, images, and other content are owned by MB “PRODUCT PRO” or its licensors.

  • Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.


13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, reputation, etc.).

  • Nothing limits liability for damage to life/health or reduces consumer rights beyond what the law permits.


14. Force Majeure

  • Neither party is liable if non-performance results from force majeure. Parties must notify each other and mitigate the consequences.


15. Personal Data

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy (www.titanosteel.com/privacy) and GDPR.

  • Only data necessary for processing payments is shared with payment providers, in compliance with data protection regulations.


16. Language, Changes and Validity

  • In case of discrepancies, the Lithuanian version prevails.

  • Changes apply from the date of publication for new orders.

  • If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid (severability principle).
