4. Shipping Fee

  • Standard shipping cost within Europe: €9.95

  • The exact fee is displayed at checkout.

  • For Lithuania, a reduced shipping rate may apply, shown in the checkout window.


5. Delivery Exceptions

MB “PRODUCT PRO” is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Local courier handovers

  • Force majeure circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer


6. Damaged Shipments

If your TITANOSTEEL product arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Send them by email to info@titanosteel.com, including your order number.

  3. Once damage is verified, the product will be replaced free of charge. You may be asked to return the damaged product to an address provided by our customer support team.
