1. General Provisions
   This return policy applies to all purchases made in the online store www.titanosteel.com, operated by MB “PRODUCT PRO” (brand name TITANOSTEEL).
   The return conditions are aligned with EU legislation and the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Return Deadlines

• 14 days right of withdrawal: the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods.

• 30 days: if the product is received defective or damaged during transportation.

• Up to 30–60 days (depending on the product category): it is possible to return a quality product that is not suitable for the Buyer, provided it meets all the requirements listed below.

1. Conditions for Returning Goods
   To return a product, please ensure that:

• The product was purchased within the last 30–60 days (depending on the product category).

• The product is in its original packaging and in the same condition as received.

• The product is unused, retains its commercial appearance, and includes all labels, stickers, and protective films.
  This requirement does not apply to defective goods.

1. Goods That Cannot Be Returned

• Products made to order.

• Goods that, by their nature, are perishable or have expired.

• Goods not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed.

• Goods which, after delivery, were mixed with other products in such a way that they can no longer be separated.

• TITANOSTEEL cutting boards that show scratches from knives or other utensils. Surface scratching is a natural and unavoidable part of usage and is not considered a defect or a valid reason for return.
  Note: The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the return conditions have not been followed.

1. Return Procedure
   Submit a return request by email to: info@titanosteel.com, including:

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for return

Within 1 business day our team will send you detailed return instructions (return address, packing guidelines, form).
The Buyer is responsible for properly packaging the product for transportation.

• If returning a quality but unsuitable product, return costs are covered by the Buyer.

• If the product is defective or damaged upon receipt, all return costs are covered by the Seller.

1. Refunds
   Refunds are issued no later than 14 days after the returned product is confirmed.
   Funds are returned via the same payment method used for purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
   The refund includes the delivery fee (except for additional premium delivery options chosen by the Buyer).

2. Defective Products
   If you received a defective product, contact us immediately (no later than within 30 days) at info@titanosteel.com and provide photos/videos.

• Defective items will be replaced free of charge.

• If replacement is not possible, a full refund will be issued, including delivery costs.
